Do you accept 1 night stays?
We can only accept one night bookings when we have a 1 night gap in our diary – which is usually a last minute thing. If you’re walking the coastal path, could you stay for two nights? Its easy to walk on from us and catch a bus back. The bus stop is right outside our place.

Check in is between 1500 – 1900 – however do we offer a remote check in service to accommodate later arrivals – we do offer an early check option which you can choose when booking.
Do you have your own car park?
No! Our guests use the council run car park just over the road from the bed and breakfast. The rate for 24hrs is ÂŁ16 per day. Permits are available from the North Devon council website which are ÂŁ20 for 4 days or ÂŁ35 for 7 days. We are happy to purchase these on your behalf when you check in. We ask that you provide cash for these during your stay. The permit is also valid in nearby areas such as Ilfracombe, Croyde and Lynton and Lynmouth.
Do I need to bring towels?

No, everything is provided in the room. Linens, towels, hairdryer, toiletries; and tea/coffee facilities. All you would need to bring with you are the things you need for the beach or your outdoor adventuring; such as a towel, sunscreen, and walking shoes or flip-flops!

"Weekend Retreat"

Stayed here for our Pilates Weekend Retreat – rooms were lovely (Exmoor) perfect for my stay and we enjoyed a hearty breakfast and wonderful evening meals, even a packed lunched for a free day out. All the staff were so friendly and wonderful atmosphere – loved the scallops….
