Hartland
The Hartland Room is one of our most popular and light-filled rooms, prized for its space, views and effortless sense of calm.
Located on the first floor at the front of the house, the room enjoys a double aspect, with sunlight pouring in throughout the day. A generous bay window frames views over National Trust countryside, while a small private balcony with seating offers the perfect spot for a morning coffee or a quiet evening drink as the light fades.
The room features a luxurious king-size bed, a comfortable seating area and thoughtful in-room touches including a Nespresso machine.
The large en-suite bathroom is designed for indulgence, featuring a freestanding slipper bath alongside a spacious double shower, giving you the choice of long, leisurely soaks or a refreshing start to the day.
Your stay in the Hartland Room also includes:
- Breakfast upgrade
- Parking permit included
- First-floor position with elevated countryside views
Bright, elegant and wonderfully relaxing, the Hartland Room is ideal for guests who love space, light and an outlook that connects them to the landscape — and it’s easy to see why many guests choose it as their favourite.
"Our go to place in Mortehoe"
Will is a great host with a good team.
Choice of food for breakfast is excellent and the Bistro is equally as good.
We have stayed in the lovely Hartland room both times which has a spacious en-suite with free standing bath and a double walk in shower. The room is lovely and light with the big double aspect windows and always clean and well laid out with a great selection of hot drinks.
Great location in the village.
Quiet for a B&B and one I’m sure we will continue to return to.
